Monthly Early Closures for Training 2013 

In order to enable our doctors and staff to receive vital training Nettleham surgery closes early for one afternoon each month.

We will be closed from 1 pm on the following afternoons:

• Tuesday 15th January
• Tuesday 12th February
• Tuesday 19th March   
• Tuesday 16th April         
• Tuesday 21st May
• Tuesday 18th June

When We Are Closed

Urgent Help “Out of Hours”- Dial 111

When the practice is closed (Monday to Friday between 6.30 pm & 8.00 am and all day on Weekends and Bank Holidays) for urgent help telephone the NHS Lincolnshire Out of Hours Service by dialing Freephone 111. 

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency which requires an ambulance. Chest pains, suspected stroke and / or shortness of breath are examples of such an emergency.
