Ophthalmology appointments

Please be advised that for Ophthalmology treatment, regular follow ups or a new appointment that this will likely be taking place at the Ophthalmology Suite at Louth Hospital.

This is due to the current COVID-19 regulations around social distancing and capacity constraints at both Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital Boston.

If you are unable to travel to Louth, you should phone the number on your appointment letter as the hospital has very limited capacity to provide alternative locations.

Although travel may be of a concern alongside the current COVID-19 pandemic, please remember that not attending your appointment especially for treatments could be of serious detriment to the long term health of their eyes.

Louth has a dedicated suite for Ophthalmology that is both spacious and comfortable. There is also car parking space.
