One statistic which is worth singling out is:
“55% usually get to see or speak to their preferred GP when they would like to”
This is up from around 30%. This was one of the main reasons we changed our system to use askmyGP as we hoped it would improve continuity of care which is so vital.
And considering how challenging this year has been:
“99% find the receptionists at this GP practice helpful”
“99% had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last general practice appointment”
“98% felt their needs were met during their last general practice appointment”
“96% describe their overall experience of this GP practice as good”
