New AskMyGP Opening Times

Following numerous discussions, the practice has reluctantly decided to switch AskMyGP off at 12:30pm or when we are full each weekday. We have been trialling this for a few weeks and have not experienced any issues and feel that this is currently the safest option for patients.

This will commence from Monday 20^th February 2023.

This decision has been made due to the increased demand on the service and to ensure patient safety.

Requests can be sent through from 6:00am – 12:30pm, Monday – Friday and for any urgent requests after 12:30pm you will need to contact the practice by telephone.

The practice will continue to review the situation.
