New Telephone System

The practice will be going live with a new telephone system on Thursday 19th October 2023. We are hoping that the transition goes seamlessly but please be patient with our reception team whilst they become familiar with the new system.

The new system, will provide a ‘call back’ facility so that you do not have to wait in a queue on the telephone and instead we will call you back when you reach number one in the queue. We hope that this new system will reduce the wait time for patients.
