Change of Online System

From Friday 28th March 2025, we will be switching to a new online consultation system called SystmConnect—AskMyGP will no longer be available.
Our new system will be accessible via the Nettleham Medical Practice website. If you already have a SystmOnline account or the NHS app, you will be able to log in via this route which is quicker and easier or you can submit a request without logging in.

🩺 How It Works:
🔹 All requests will be triaged, and based on priority, you may be offered:
✅ A face-to-face appointment or
✅ A telephone appointment
🔹 Acute requests will be assessed and completed the same day.
🔹 Requests deemed routine, will be offered an appointment within a few weeks.

More information will follow as we get nearer to ‘go live’ date.
