One You Lincolnshire will be hosting a couple of drop-in session in January 2026, 9 am to 12 pm, One at Nettleham Medical Practice and One at Cherry Willingham.

One You Lincolnshire is a free health and wellbeing service for anyone who lives, works, studies, or is registered with a GP in Lincolnshire. We support people with:

• Losing Weight

• Moving More

• Drink Less

• Be Smoke Free
