Patient Survey Results September 2025

Thank you to everyone who responded to our 3 monthly patient survey.

As you can see from the graphs below, various questions have shown a substantial improvement which is being sustained. These positive results are largely due to the change in our appointment system we made in March, taking part in the NHS England pilot, and opening Cherry Willingham surgery in the afternoons.

The areas of improvement are:

  1. better wait times to see a doctor
  2. better access to seeing a doctor or ACP face to face
  3. fewer people answering “no” to “were you able to get an appointment with your preferred GP or ACP?” (the contradictory drop in “yes” is most likely due to the summer holidays! We will keep an eye on this)
  4. Improving continuity of care (many more feel we have an overview of your conditions)
  5. steadily improving overall rating for the whole practice

Areas you wanted us to look at were:

  1. providing more appointments
  2. Care parking
  3. Telephone answering times

Of course there is more work to be done, but we are so proud of our team for all they do each day to support our patients.
