Non-urgent advice: COVID-19 Notice

During Covid-19 we ask that patients do not come to the surgery unless invited to do so by the practice. We are trying to protect vulnerable patients, and practice staff. We have also reduced some of our services so that we can focus on managing patients with Covid-19. We are still able to assess and advise patients remotely about any concerns that they have which are not Covid-19 related. You can contact the surgery to get advice and assessment online via AskMyGP or by telephone. If a clinician thinks that you need to be seen they can arrange for an appropriate appointment or perform a video consultation.

Non-urgent advice: Please Note

All repeat prescriptions should be requested through SystmOnline or the NHS app as usual. However during this difficult time, if you do not have access to SystmOnline or the NHS app for ordering repeat prescriptions, requests can be sent via AskMyGP. Please allow longer for your repeat prescriptions to be processed as both the practice and local pharmacies are experiencing staff shortages caused by coronavirus. Thank you
